Chinese words are pictorial words. To help our children better remember the characters, the writer creatively put together pictorial images to the Chinese words so as to create a visual effect that will help the children to remember the words. 

This set of book comes in 6 levels. Each section shows an image that look like the word at the top left corner. There are the words at the back of the page in bigger font. Parent can cut out the sections and teach the words using the front section first. After the child is able to read the word using the image, parent can use the back of the section to reinforce and test the child on his ability to recognize the word.
